All reservations must be requested via telephone and/or email to our reservations department.
Reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request.
To guarantee your room, a 30% deposit of the total stay is required, which must be made via PayPal, Xoom, Remitly, or through a bank deposit or transfer.
Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the required payment is received.
Reservations will be answered by the same means, indicating the status and deadline for payment for your reservation.
The assigned rate for each reservation will also be indicated.
In case of not complying with the established schedule, additional charges may be generated.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm (local time).Check-out is at 12:00 pm (local time).
The remaining payment will be made in cash at our facilities upon your arrival.
In all cases, the maximum capacity per room must be respected. In case of including an extra guest as a companion, additional charges per person and per day will be generated, which have a cost of $70 USD per night; we do not have extra beds.
